EE heads to the Coronet for this is our 4th Eastern Electrics New Year’s Eve and we’re pretty hyped to say the least. Laurent Garnier’s 4 hour set, Tensnake live, Mount Kimbie live, Anja Schneider, Horse Meat Disco, Snowbombing – a line-up this heavy and hugely varied in quality, deserved a venue that could accommodate all we wanted to do with NYE this year. The Coronet’s striking art deco with its incredible main room, amphitheatre seating, the capital’s biggest smoking area and hidden back rooms became the perfect choice of environment to see in the big twenty twelve.
